On Tuesday, April 29, homeowners overwhelmingly directed the Board to negotiate transfer of control of the management of the RFHOA from the developer to the elected Board. 

With a quorum of 207 ballots or proxies cast,
193 (93%) voted in favor and 14 (7%) voted against.
